Branding
Today I was discussing brands and what is behind the logo, for example Mc Donalds. We looked at the logo and came up with some connotations and we also did this with some other brands that we know of. We also looked at what's behind some of the
Preperation for presentaion
The DVD that I am going to produce will have to suit the target audience. It will have to be fashion related and it will be free as it it will be used to help gain in support.
I believe that it should be fashion related because it is for the fashion show and if it had nothing to do with the actual show then it will be irrelevant.
The age range for this would have to be around 20+ because young people dont really watch fashion shows.
I would say that the majority of the audience would be females, but there are males who enjoy fashion shows.
The audience (I would expect) would have a bit of money, but I don't really expect them to pay anything because the DVD will be free so it does not matter how much they earn.
The audience would probably be school leavers or people interested in fashion so they should have a decent education.
The audience would probably contain parents or other family members.
The audience would probably be locals from the around eastbourne.
I personally want the DVD to end up somewhere it can be watched whenever or it could end up on the Sussex Downs website as part of something on there like advertising what the college does as special occasions. Because the DVD is going to be free so I'm not worried where it goes, but i would like it to show on the college website or somewhere it can be watched online for free.

Comparing Paper survey to Electronic one
Paper and electronic surveys have a lot in common with each other. For example they both are made in a kind of list or they are bullet pointed so that you go down the page 1 question at a time. They also give the reader or user of the survey simple and easy to answer questions like multiple choice answers or they can just ask of your opinion of something.
What makes them different is very obvious because 1 is on paper and the other is done electronically so it is not physical. Another difference would be the fact they both are shared in different ways, for example the electronic can be linked on the web so that any one can look at it. With a paper version you can post it through peoples doors and you can hand it out to people in town, but people are not very likely to fill out survey because
